Plaintiff brings this action to quiet title concerning real property located in full in the El Paso County, Colorado, commonly known as 2515 Ogden Place, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80916, further described as follows: Lot 44 in Block 1 in a Resubdivision of Valerie Acres Subdivision Filing No. 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book R-3 at Page 93, El Paso County, Colorado (the “Property”). And For a complete adjudication of the rights of all parties to this action with respect to the Property; For a decree stating that the Deed of Trust be reformed to recite that Ulises T. Arellano and Tasha R. Arellano are grantors under the Deed of Trust; For a decree stating that the Deed of Trust fully encumbers Defendants Ulises T. Arellanos and Tasha R. Arellanos interests in the Property; For a decree that the Deed of Trust is a valid first Deed of Trust against the Property, prior in right to the interests of any other party; and, For such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
